1. Digital product
HM01 - Vault is digital software delivered electronically after purchase. The license terms are set out in the Software License Agreement.
2. No voluntary refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, purchasing the wrong product, or deciding that Vault is not suitable after purchase. Vault is sold without a trial, so please review the product information and system requirements before buying.
3. Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not remove or limit any refund, withdrawal, conformity, warranty, or other consumer right that applies to you and cannot legally be waived. If applicable law gives you a withdrawal right for a digital purchase, that right may be affected by immediate delivery only when the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Lemon Squeezy presents the relevant checkout terms and handles the payment transaction.
4. Technical problems and contact
If Vault does not activate or work on a supported system, email support@humanmachines.xyz with your Lemon Squeezy order number, Vault version, macOS version, Ableton Live version, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and provide a fix or workaround where possible. If the issue cannot be resolved and applicable law requires a refund, we will process it through the original payment method. Do not send full payment-card details or share your license key publicly.
5. Changes
We may update this policy when the product, checkout, or applicable law changes. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
